Clothing Womens Shoes
A shoe men's or women's has the same basic parts: sole, heel - in some shoes, the sole and heel are combined in one piece - upper shoe or covering, inner lining, shoelaces, elastic bands, zipper, straps and/or buckles, Velcro (used for fastening), steel toe, and tassel. Depending on the type of footwear, style and design, some parts may be missing as they are not necessary. Conversely - and especially for women's - some sophisticated, bordering on the complicated designs need one or two more materials as accessories and ornaments to make it trendy and unique like gems, sequins, feathers, among many other knick-knacks. Also, the fabric of the covering is more varied for women's shoes: leather, animal prints original of faux (lizard, alligator, snake, or tiger), stretch, net, plastic, rubber or polymer materials the possibilities are many. Designers are becoming more experimental even as women are becoming more daring, at the same time fussy. Women's dress shoes usually have an upper covering and commonly made of leather, enclosing most of the lower foot, but not covering the ankles. Open toe features in women's shoes are connected with series of straps. Some examples of women's dress shoe styles: normal heels, Flat shoes - usually called "flats", medium height heels ("kitten" heels have less than 2 inches of height), high heels, and stilettos. Other styles which have on way or the other made fashionable marks were clogs, platforms - shoes with very thick soles and heels, and moccasins. Shoes with sharp-pointed close toes are also a fad called killer shoes. Meanwhile, women's athletic shoes like men's tend to emphasize more on function rather than style. Oh the other hand, work shoes are often more rugged sometimes used to match the uniforms or the kind of wearer's occupation like nurses, waitresses, police, military personnel, and/or protection in industrial settings.
